  • Persistance happens in FAF db
  • FAF api is middleware for all user input/output
  • GW client consumes from FAF api
    • There can be multiple GW clients at once.
    • GW clients us OAuth to authorise the player login.
    • FAF api needs to handle authorization / role-base security
  • FAF client needs to be running parallel for joining games
  • FAF server needs to do matchmaking and result parsing
    • matchmaking: start the games, set up the mod and the player lobby correctly
    • result parsing: insert game results into db or call FAF api as well
  • Game mod "galactic war": needs to handle reinforcements in game
